Tips For Feeling Happier and More Motivated
Updated: Feb 27, 2020
1. Don't Start Your Day by Looking at Your Phone
There are so many studies about how looking at your phone hinders your happiness and productivity throughout the day.

Instead of starting your day by looking at your phone try listing things that you are thankful for.
2. Be Around People that Support You.
If you are around people that try to sabotage your future and make you feel bad for bettering yourself YOU NEED TO DROP THEM. You only have one life, you cannot feel bad for glowing up. I have had people tell me "you've changed" LIKE YEAH. I'm growing up, I'm focusing on myself, and not going to the bars every night lol. I am proud of who I am becoming.

3. Listen to Podcasts
Podcasts are so helpful. There are SOOO many different podcasts you can find that help become and stay motivated to achieving your goals.
4 . Manifest Your Goals
I know there is a lot of skeptics about manifestation, but I doesn't hurt to try. Try retraining your brain to be more positive. Instead of thinking "I want to achieve____." start saying "I WILL achieve _______.".
Have a journal and write down your goals. It can consist of things like "I WILL run a marathon before I am 30." or whatever your goals are.
"THE BODY ACHIEVES WHAT THE MIND BELIEVES."

5. Sometimes you just have to treat yourself!
This probably isn't the best advice but I know that buying a new work out outfit or a new planner always helps me to stay motivated on my goals. There have been times where I haven't worked out in a month and then I go to Lululemon and buy a new outfit and some how I am back on my grind of working out everyday. Sometimes thats all it takes.
I know that I haven't blogged in a while, but now I am going to take it seriously because I have had a good turnout of my blog posts so far. So thank you for reading!! Love you all!
XOXO,
