This is a new series called Roast Rating, where I rate coffee shops in NYC.
Felix Roasting Co. was easily my favorite cafe I have ever been to.
There are two locations but I went to the one in Soho. The Soho location is by Dior, Fendi, and Louis Vuitton. They have seats outside with the cutest umbrellas.
Not only was the atmosphere and aesthetic amazing, the coffee was great too!!
BUT THE AVOCADO TOAST. Literally the best avocado toast I have ever ate. If you go here, please get the avo toast. It is a bit spendy, but worth it.
