How to Start Manifesting!

Manifesting is such a powerful thing. It is becoming more and more popular these days. I typically start and end everyday by manifesting, and I have had a lot of success with it. I firmly believe that this is something everybody should do to help live a more fulfilled life. Here are some tips for manifesting:
Let's start off by explaining what this magical thing is!
WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?
Webster Dictionary states:
Manifestation (noun) is something you bring forth into your physical life experience through past thoughts, feelings, or beliefs.
Manifesting is so powerful while you are trying to achieve your goals and dreams. When you start manifesting you need to understand a couple of things.
Whether you believe this or not, you are constantly manifesting your future. If you think negatively about things in your life, you WILL have shortcomings. You will not receive what you want. You need to be positive. You need to send positive vibes into the universe and positive things will come to you.
Anything that you want, you can manifest and it will come to you. Whatever you truly want in life you have to have no doubts in your mind that you will receive it. Whether it is to lose weight, get a raise, start a business, find love, to not be depressed anymore, to make a million dollars, manifesting will help you get to where you want to be.
Let's talk about how to start.
HOW TO START MANIFESTING:
1. You cannot start with a negative mindset.
If you do not believe this shit is happening it wont happen. We create our own reality.

2. Buy yourself a brand new journal specifically for manifesting.
3. Write down all of your goals in your journal.
-Literally write down every single one of your goals and set a date of when you want to accomplish it by.
-It can consist of things like "I WILL run a marathon before I am 30." or whatever your goals are.
4. Create a dream board.
Creating a vision board helps you visualize your dreams and aspirations. And it is always fun to make a vision board. And if you don't feel like cutting and pasting on to an actual board, you can just use Pinterest.
5. Write down your affirmations.
"Affirmation: (noun)
-the action or process of affirming something or being affirmed. OR
-emotional support or encouragement."
Both of these definitions help explain what an affirmation is. Basically you are affirming that whatever you want will come to you. ALSO you are giving yourself emotional support and encouragement.
Affirmations are sentences that you write down and repeat to yourself over and over again until your brain believes it to be true and so the universe hears your desires.
FOR EXAMPLE:
I start every morning by saying out loud, "today is a good day" a couple times. (my dog probably thinks I'm crazy but it's fine.)
WHAT TO DO WHILE MANIFESTING
1. Be in a quiet space.
In the mornings in your bed, or a peaceful spot by the ocean. As long as you can hear your own thoughts without anybody bothering you.

2. Read and repeat your affirmations.
Read your affirmations from your heart and mean it. If your goal is to earn a million dollars before you're 30 then say it and mean it. You cannot have any doubts floating around in your head.
3. Breathe deeply.
If you do belly breathing exercises you tend to be more calm. Sometimes manifesting can be overwhelming but you just want to be able to stay calm.
4. Find time throughout the day to reflect and say some affirmations.
I find it easy to say some affirmations right as I get into the car.
