Hello, I am Paige Beuning, the author and founder of this blog.

I just moved to New York City to finish my Master's Degree in Fashion Marketing.  I am deeply obsessed with fashion and the industry as a whole.

I was born and raised in Central Minnesota.  For 15 years of my life consisted of doing gymnastics for 30 hours a week and watching "What Not To Wear" and "America's Next Top Model".  I didn't know how much I loved fashion until I worked backstage my first fashion show.  I was able to work this show during New York Men's Fashion Week because of the internship I had in the summer of 2016.  I instantly became obsessed.  I was itching to graduate college so I can finally work in the industry.  If only I could tell my younger self that it is a lot harder than it looks to work in the fashion industry.

The summer of 2017 I went to Paris for an internship and that was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had.  I created campaigns for their website and went for the occasional coffee run.  Paris is a dream and I hope my future job will bring me back sometime.

I moved to Los Angeles in May of 2018.  I had an internship at a small PR showroom with cute brands.  After that internship, I graduated from college in December 2018.  I had another internship with a high-end showroom in Beverly Hills.  The brands in this showroom were incredible.  They had Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, Etro, David Yurman, Philosophy, and more. I got to help with Moschino's Coachella after-party which taught me a lot about marketing for high-end brands.

NOW, I am in New York City living my best life.  Recently, I graduated with my Master's in Fashion Marketing and currently freelancing and looking for fashion jobs.
